Nurse Buckley speaks confidentially with Dan Allison about her suspicions, but despite her protests, he insists that they share her concerns with Dr. Creighton. Creighton becomes very nervous after meeting with Dan and Nurse Buckley. Steve finds Dan to be preoccupied when they meet outside Dr. Creighton's office. Carolee is surprised when Dr. Creighton encourages her to not be frightened by Nurse Buckley. When Carolee excuses herself so that Creighton can take a phone call from his wife, he seizes the opportunity to steal the strongbox from her filing cabinet.
