Steve cares for a bedridden Karen. When Karen suggests all of their problems could easily be over, he insists that he doesn't want that. Nick and Althea enjoy their honeymoon in sunny Nassau. Steve apologizes to Carolee for his behavior and promises her that someday he'll make everything up to her. Liz notices Carolee's preoccupation after her conversation with Steve.
