La casa por la ventana (2010) Online
On New Year's Eve, Julio Saez Jr. (Walter Cornas, Filmatron, El Hada Buena), a recently graduated architect, under pressure from his father, throws a party. The plan is that he will rub shoulders with high society, but this night he discovers the problems of being a host he must overcome. His house fills with young rock 'n' rollers, and everything really starts to escalate when his uncle, an ex-rock star Lorenzo Saez (Miguel Barriga, of the Chilean cult band Sexual Democracia), shows up seeking refuge at the party from a pair of extravagant moneylenders. Julio will have an unusual night, and this will certainly be the party of a lifetime.

Walter Cornás, a non-Chilean actor, studied the Chilean accent for his character in this film.
The cheese on the film was made of cardboard except for the pieces that the characters eat.
One week before the release of the film, the director Esteban Rojas decided to change the dubbed voices of some characters (like Pochoclo or Mr. Huachi and other) for the original voices from the actors. Some stay dubbed like Osvaldo Cox and Carmela.
Miguel Barriga, who plays Lorenzo Sáez, has a real band called "Sexual Democracia" and was pretty famous during the 90's in Chile.
