Dan asks Matt to be his best man at the wedding, but Matt recalls his disastrous performance at Nick and Althea's wedding. Matt agrees to consider Dan's request that Steve be transferred to another department for Carolee's sake. Althea tells Nick that Dr. Geller has been asking her personal questions. After Martha acts coolly toward Althea. Nick orders her to demonstrate more respect, but Martha reminds him of Althea's troublesome behavior in the past. Maggie tells Matt that she thinks Greta might have deliberately left Althea's rag doll at a friend's house.
