This episode features Nicole acknowledging the fact that she's the most rational person in her entire family. She begins to wonder if she really did make the right decision by marrying Richard. We see her imagine what her life would be like if she took other options. Well, we actually show her a flashback and then have her imagine things in her flashback. A weird way to tell a story, but still nice. What's great is how fast these jokes go by. It's nice to see the writers take another dig at alternative medicine. Instead of her just marrying someone again, she just dies from a lack of real treatment in one theory.

We even get to see Nicole's parents! It's great to learn more about her past. It's even better we learn more about the Watterson family's past! As you might have guessed, we go back to the scenes of Gumball as a toddler from "The Origins". That episode made me wish that it had showed when Anais became a member of the family. And guess what, in this episode we get to see that too! Baby Anais really is adorable and so is this episode for having Nicole, a character enraged by idiocy, realizing that she sincerely loves her family and doesn't care how dysfunctional they are. It's great for such a hilarious show to be heartwarming as well. ****
