The Supernatural / Paranormal Observation and Obliteration Knights Society investigates the most haunted homes in America. On this week's episode of their internet sensation 'S.P.O.O.K.S. on Patrol,' Jared, host and leader of the S.P.O.O.K.S., will visit the infamous Lester House, set to be condemned in just three short days. However, things take an unexpected turn when Jared meets Claire, an intrepid young real estate agent trying to sell the house. She specializes in finding buyers for haunted homes, but this time around, it looks like she'll have her work cut out for her. In this send-up to shows like 'Ghost Hunters' and 'Paranormal State,' Jared and Claire will need to work together to truly understand the haunting of Lester House.

Rather than use a set for this film, the producers decided to use their own home, just days after they'd purchased it. After filming was completed, the couple remodeled the kitchen, re-painted 4 rooms, and proceeded to move in. This film remains a love letter to their first home.
