A family purchases the newest, top-of-the-line home helper robot and quickly discovers that this new technology isn't all it's cracked up to be. Meanwhile, the robot learns a valuable lesson about his place in the world.

This is the June entry in Mister Films' #12Films2016 project in which the production company made a new short film each month in 2016.
Written, animated, edited, completed and released within 1 month.
Animated using Adobe Character Animator and Adobe After Effects.
This is a "reboot" of an animated short Matt Ryan directed in 2001 while still in high school. This new iteration is planned as the launching point for a series of robot shorts.
Andrew Rosas wrote the lyrics and melody for the opening theme song. He then provided composer Eric Rodis with a basic vocal recording and Eric wrote the music to back it up.
