Van Leemhuyzen and Octaaf found a bag full of 'party trick' paraphernalia and set out to pester everyone with incessant pranks, ranging from lame to mean. The worst is itching powder, which nobody catches onto. The mayor thus suspects the 'epidemic' must stem from the fries stand, and grudgingly decides to close it as a health hazard. Then the truth finds its way out, biting the rascals fittingly.
