When a young woman is killed on the fourteenth anniversary of a similar murder, even bearing similar drawings on her body, Rush and her team hone in on a mentally-disturbed young man. He admits killing the second girl and having visited the site yearly since the first death. Further investigation reveals a group of high-society girls who had bullied the first victim might be involved somehow.
