In a desolate UK, a lone girl, Dillon, sets out on a journey from London to the English countryside. Hoping to find the peace she has always sought, she inadvertently takes a detour along the path to mental illness. Part post-apocalyptic tale and part psychological drama, 'none but myself' explores isolation, mental health and abuse.
