Joe introduces the show sitting not in a basement, but high up in a tree. The week's mail includes a pair of paper eyeglasses with three breasts, from a duo who call themselves "Freedom and Enterprise." Then, Joe and his friends sit down to watch a movie they made together in high school, starring Joe. It's a genre satire, "Attack of the Killer Flies." We see the movie itself split-screen with a view of the audience - some of whom helped produce the movie - snickering and drinking beer. Intercut with portions of this movie is a monologue by Joe, also seen in Episode 8: "Stories About Policeman."
