I still enjoy this TV series, more than forty years after I first watched it, when I was a kid. It doesn't grow old at all. A kind of mix up between crime and western, with plenty action sequences and many stunts. And also a so exciting theme, that I have never forgotten. Well, in this episode, nothing special. At the beginning, the old deputy sheriff played by our old timer Edgard Buchanan is badly wounded after he discovered a large shipment of gold in a warehouse. So, our lead Sam Cade - Glenn Ford - has to impersonate himself as an insurance investigator in order to solve the gold shipment mystery, where it came exactly from, why it was in the warehouse where the old deputy was shot. We have a great pleasure to see here Anthony Zerbe as the villain.
