One of the episodes filmed without Bea Benaderet as illness gradually forced her to exit from the series. Rather than continue to write her character out of scripts, the producers hired veteran actress Rosemary DeCamp to portray Aunt Helen during the final six episodes of the fifth season.
Alan Reed, who portrays Bandit Lawson, employs many of the same vocal quirks that defined his most famous character, Fred Flintstone.
