Mrs. Livingston is in a happy fog over a new "gentleman friend". Tom is anxious to find out more about the man, Mr. Soto (George Takei, "Star Trek"). He invites Tom and Eddie to dinner with he and Mrs. Livingston. Mr. Soto announces that Mrs. Livingston has consented to be his wife. Tom encourages Eddie to be supportive, as he is upset over the thought of her leaving them. Eddie pouts as the wedding nears.
