the comment above must have been written by someone associated with this terrible film in some way. This dreadful student short film regurgitates bad action films with the skill of kids playing a fantasy game in their backyard. The story makes no sense, well...no common sense, the hit mob is bumbling and useless and the film has the typical cool action freeze frame while the character is introduced...even going as far as to introduce gunmen who don't have a line at all, letting the main character flawlessly run through the picture blowing guys away and fighting a guy in the elevator who takes the time to take off his shirt mid-fight. Even though student films deserve some slack as they are learning projects, to call this the Citizen Kane of action films is silly. Honestly, It's more like Gymkata.

Bad even for being a student film. There is just so many bad things in this film. First off the lighting is horrible and there is no continuity to it. One shot will be too dark followed by a close up that is over exposed. The script was absolutely dreadful it dosn't make any sense at all. The thieves rob get the money from the safe and then instead of leaving they stay and go off in different directions. The main character goes from struggling with the idea of robbing the theater to suddenly having no problem killing people in cold blood. As for the special effects well.. there aren't any well unless you count the guns which look like they are plastic. If you need a good laugh or want to see another crappy student film then by all means check it out otherwise avoid it at all costs. Its sad to think they actually wasted film to make this.

WOW guys this is pure entertainment! This film is just pure good old action fun, straight out of DIE HARD with a little twist. I loved this just as much as a fat kid loves cake! Teddy was awesome. He seemed to be a real guys stuck in an extreme situation. I cant believe this was done for only 250 bucks! The director David A. Gonzalez is a tad short of a cinematic genius. His directing style rivals not only George Lucas but Spielberg as well. His true to life depiction of movie theater life is true to heart and at the same time cinematic. I will enjoy this short film for years to come and show my kids one day what a real film is. This film had not only changed the way I view life but also the way I view action movies! This is the Citizen Kane of action shorts.
