Just before the Liberation War of Bangladesh, Ashraf Chowdhury marries off his daughter Laboni with his friend's son Hasan. His friend Mofajjal died at war. Moffajjal's wife comes to Chowdhury's mansion with Hasan but Chowdhury's adopted brother Jamir's conspiracy make them leave the village. After victory Chowdhury search for them and also desert Jamir form the village. Years later Jamir comes to the village with new plan and ask forgiveness for his guilt. Ashraf Chowdhury forgives him and allows him to stay in the house which was a great mistake and suffers him a lot.
