Antwerp city social worker Rob Verspecht, a hottie to receptionist-colleague Judith's taste, consults the practice team to check up on neighbors's suspicion that young Stan Depoorter, a shy cutie they once treated for extensive 'bike fall' bruises, may be the victim of domestic abuse. A campaign to collect medication past expiration dates provides excuses to visit the home and call in both parents plus the boy, who whispers 'help me!' when unwatched a minute. Father Dennis Depoorter, a shy bus driver, proves genuinely concerned, unlike his bitching wife. Frederik also counsels a wife who feels too ashamed of her corpulence to enjoy life, especially in public, even among friends.
