Mandy invites an old friend Anne-Marie for dinner but when Anne-Marie makes a move on her and suggests she relocate to Glasgow with her Mandy still feels it is too soon after losing Freya. Al goes to the pub with Hermione and Jimmi and soon argues with Hermione over differing views about OCD though he is taken by surprise when she kisses him. Later she tries to cure Jimmi's claustrophobia with disastrous results. Meanwhile Valerie on her last day at the surgery takes Karen and a reluctant Mrs Tembe speed-dating, where they meet the handsome and charming Julian, who makes a date with them all. However he turns out to be married and the ladies take their revenge on him. Valerie's boyfriend Ashley is not amused to find what she has been doing.
