Bridget starts her tour of the Miami area in South Beach and then takes a private yacht to the Fontainebleau Hotel, where she meets actor George Hamilton. Next, she goes to Coopertown in the Everglades to take an air boat tour to see alligators. Returning from the boat tour, she experiences a meal of alligator tail and frog legs. Later, back at the Fontainebleau, she is invited behind the bar to invent her own cocktail and then goes on to party at the Liv nightclub.
