Script title was "Dream Lover," and it was not planned as part of the "No Man's Land" all-girl video series. As written, the story involved both men and women having sex. The Doctor doing the dream therapy was a man. As filmed, the male parts were swapped out for female, and the doctor was now a woman, yet still married ... to a woman.
