This ten-minute featurette has Kim Gottlieb-Walker discussing her time on the set of ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK where she worked as a still photographer. In fact, she worked on several film for John Carpenter and even recently released a book with all of the photos. This here is a pretty good documentary of what her job was and there are some terrific photographs for us to look at including several of Carpenter messing around on the set. Gottlieb-Walker also gets to share some terrific stories on how she hired, how Debra Hill got her past the union rules and there's a funny bit about the wrap party where she was injured. Fans of ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK or just Carpenter in general should enjoy this featurette.
