He meets a pretty girl who claims she's cold and hungry and he falls for her;his landlord cannot tolerate a woman in a decent house so he has to move into a new apartment which looks out onto the sea ;in fact ,his mistress is not faithful and it won't be long till she falls for another guy: the younger Frosselle ,a smug buck .Tragedy is around the corner.
