Mike is a disgruntled FBI agent looking for greener pastures. Derek is a low-level drug dealer looking for a better way. One wants sex, money and power. The other just wants to take care of his daughter. Two men from two different worlds. But, they share one thing in common; they both think they've got what it takes to be a criminal. Well, at least that's what they thought till they met "The Boss". As they enter into his world and try to earn their place in his empire they both realize they have a lot to learn about the long road to being successful in a life of organized crime, and in life in general.
