Leah, Marilyn and Roo prepare for the engagement celebration drinks and share the news with Nate. However, VJ and Billie don't turn up after their row. The next day, Billie tells VJ she's leaving and confides in Ash but after VJ tells her he'll give her whatever she wants, Billie decides she wants to get married as soon as possible. Tori looks over Nate's shoulder and they have a drink after work, which Marilyn convinces him is a date. However, after Duncan interrupts them and Nate realises he and Tori are back together, he applies for a full-time position with Care Flight. Ash and Kat meet up at the motel again and next morning Ash receives photos of them kissing. He receives an anonymous message to meet him by the surf club; Simmo turns up but Kat coincidentally turns up and he runs off. Simmo later visits Ash at the garage and tells him he'll send the photos to the newspapers unless Ash strips cars for him.
