When Julie is hospitalized and falls into a coma from her assault, everyone is wondering who the culprit is. Lynnette stops the doctors from giving Julie an radiation examination by informing them that she happens to be pregnant, much to Susan's surprise. Meanwhile, Karen McCluskey falls for Roy Handler, the new steaks salesman who shows up at her door. Bree continues to hide her feelings for Karl when they finally begin a sordid affair.
