The character of Stewart DinesMurray is originally Scottish. However in this films sequel Saken 2:The Aftermath, Bash Dinsmore uses an English accent when portraying both Harry and Stewart.
Editor Sam Weeks makes a voice cameo as AI assistant GILBERT.
Most of the filming took place at Director Bash Dinsmore's old secondary school.
At 05:12 minutes into the film, the characters of Stewart and John are looking at a computer monitor. One half of the monitor shows the entire Bee movie script and the other half shows a Wikipedia page on a historical figure.
