Lt. Clark is chased by Pawnee warriors to the edge of Dodge City but he continues on to Earp's office. He is part of the new Army Secret Service whose job is to monitor the Indians on the reservations, the Indian Agents, and others having contact with them. Some of the young Pawnee have left the reservation under Young Wolf who has bought 200 Buntline revolvers. Lt. Clark knows about it and that the guns are fakes. He wants Earp to help him talk to the Pawnee but Earp wants him to hold off but he refuses. Earp is talking to Mr. Cousin and Mr. Brother about the problem already. They track Clark finding him captured by Young Wolf's men and about to be shot. Young Wolf at Earp's urging has Chief Brave Bull come to negotiate. Brave Bull gives Earp and his two Cheyenne friends two days to recover the tribe's money for the bad guns or he will have Clark shot.
