A team of Joe soldiers are sent to investigate Cobra Pharmaceuticals. Their job is to infiltrate the facility to gather information on it's real purpose.

Starting off the episode is a commercial for Cobra, and the narrator ends with the line "... and knowing is half the battle". This is obviously an homage to the original GI Joe cartoon, where that line was used in public service announcements.
In an ironic twist, the classic G.I. Joe (1985) slogan "Knowing is half the battle" is mentioned in Adam DeCobray's ad (who is secretly the head of Cobra, Joe's enemy).
