Liam is surprised when Steffy shows up at his hotel. She issues a desperate plea for forgiveness and he claims that there is nothing more that he would like to give her. Liam explains to Steffy that he just cannot get the image out of his head that she betrayed him with his father and probably will never be able to forgive her. Brooke angrily confronts Bill about having an affair with Steffy just to spite Liam. Bill is annoyed that everyone is demonizing him and explains to a stunned Brooke that he is in love with Steffy. At the same time, Bill tries to reassure Brooke that he wants Liam's and Steffy's marriage to survive. Hope goes to Ridge for information about Steffy and Liam. Without divulging what happened, Ridge advises Hope not to get involved.
