Using actual archival footage, and court proceedings, the docudrama 'Dog and Town' reveals the darkest secrets of a sympathetic murderer who captures his acts of vengeance with digital video recordings. The film is a compilation of video segments used in the prosecution and conviction of Canadian Killer Cael Justin Pierce. Definitely not for the timid, or the weak of heart for its incredibly gruesome images, the film is not without heart. The viewer begins to understand the actions of the killer, and even more frighteningly, one can begin to see a killer within themselves, and how anyone can be capable of anything -- even murder.
