Apparently this was an episode of a television show, though now Netflix presents it as essentially its own film. Which, to be fair, it more or less is. It's not exactly a biopic or a documentary. It's not hard-hitting, not terribly in-depth. But if you know very little about Bennett, you will learn something here about his commitment to racial equality and other things.

I really enjoyed the Alec Baldwin segment. I had not seen the SNL in question, but Baldwin's impression is spot on. Even the makeup is incredible... would love to see this in all its glory.
