While scuba diving, Joe and Frank are surprised by a boat that dumps a large package overboard. Taking it home, they discover that it contains a jade figurine which may or may not be very valuable. The boys decide to investigate the origin of the "Jade Kwan Yin" which soon puts them in conflict with an Asian gang of thugs.
