A seamingly routine drug raid on a cruiser turns up a bracelet that brings Detectives Goldstein and Holloway into the investigation of the disappearance of a young Turkish schoolgirl. Frank is certain the girl's father is responsible for her murder but it is a race against time to find enough evidence to lay charges before the man leaves the country.
