A warning has just been issued to the residents of Sumner. But one of its occupants, Taya Graves, 15, is certain there are other motives at play and tries to convince her mom to let her go out with her friends. But when her mom dismisses her claims, Taya doesn't let it dampen her plans and decides to go out to meet her friends anyway. But she soon learns that this is one order she should've obeyed.
