Scientist Kirk Hafner attempts to stop billionaire Robert Terrell from destroying the earth with his "weather creation" technology. Terrell's determination to manipulate the weather causes catastrophic weather conditions -- a combination of hurricanes, sandstorms, and drastic temperature changes that cause panic and hysteria across the globe. Hafner employs the help of news reporter Danni Nelson to aid him in exposing Terrell's quest. Complications arise when seemingly trustworthy authority figures aren't who they initially appeared to be.

Some people just don't talk about the weather. They actually do something about it. This is the premise of this exciting, very interesting film.

It has been determined that weather may be used as a weapon. When one of the scientists refuses to go along with the plans after the weather goes awry, we begin to see things happening such as people being murdered, our scientist being framed for this and the bodies really beginning to add up.

In the meantime, mankind is beginning to see weather at its worst. Snowstorms in desert areas will be perfect example of weather gone literally berserk.

Treat Williams leads an interesting cast as the devious director of the weather experiment. He is sinister here and gives and probably will give a very good performance as the series continues.

Hold on to your seats for this one. Part 2 can't come fast enough.
