The new surface-to-Atlantis rail shuttle is under attack by Dr. Terror. During the fight, Diana's cousin Naro and the physicist Phisto escape from Atlantis' prison. Phisto creates an artificial micro black hole. Ace is send after the escaped prisoners but is captured by Naro's henchmen.
