Tricia is shocked that Ryan isn't ready to have a child with her. Cassie is playing in the living room when Nick and Sharon come down the stairs laughing and cuddling. Cassie is ecstatic that they are a real family again. Meanwhile Christine explains to Paul that the fate of the custody case relies on an unbiased witness: they have to find Millie, Alice's mom! Paul thinks they might find her by squeezing Al Fenton, Alice's lover. Jill sees first signs that she and Billy are bonding. Birdie and Mac are at the shelter. Birdie pushes Mac to not give up the chance to live at the mansion just because of her fear of Jill. Katherine reunites with Nikki. In court, Michael begins his cross-examination of Sharon by declaring that Sharon and Nick both hate Alice. He accuses them of brainwashing Cassie with their negative feelings for Alice!
