The title is obviously inspired by the song "Somewhere over the rainbow" from "The Wizard of Oz". Hercules first saw the Rainbow Bridge in the closing minutes of the previous episode.
At 19:32 there is a grammatical error in the English subtitles on the DVD when Thor says "I hope you're right". Instead of "you're (a contraction of 'you are') the subtitles show "I hope your (belonging to you) right."
