A decent blend of straight drama and action, The Other Side of the Sea is about a female hired killer who tries to escape her past by relocating to a remote part of the colony. Unfortunately, of course, her past pursues her, and her efforts to set up a new life with the man she loves come to nought. More subtle than most films of its type, and reasonably interesting.
