The character of Diedre, provided screenwriter, Kemper Sease with the only plausible and justifiable possibility of extending the storyline from the original award winning, One Last Sunset. In her, he found an abundance of creative space and motivation to write as the first film had effectively provided room to continue answering questions about her background and subsequently those affected by her unpredictability.
Was shot with 3 different camera types to capture the different character perspectives and environmental changes. The "Red Epic" , was one of them , used to showcase the beauty left in the world despite the apocalyptic situation and surroundings.
The characters of Nita, Brigot and Diedre represent the three emotional states of dilemma within the story arch. Optimistic, pessimistic and complete hopelessness, respectively.
Actress, Stephanie Morgan, is lead vocalist for the indie band, Stephaniesid.
