When Peter Scarborough mentions that Roxxon has to "keep up with the Joneses, as well as Starks and the Rands", he refers to Marvel Universe millionaires Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Daniel Rand (Iron Fist). However, the expression 'keeping up with the Joneses does not refer to Jessica Jones, as some have surmised, for she is not wealthy at all. It is a common expression which means to keep up socially and financially with others in one's social circle.
