Ryan breaks it to Tricia that he'll be living at Nina's for a while to help his son. Later, he and Nina tell a thrilled Philip the news. Megan is shocked that Tricia is supportive of Ryan's decision. Jack and Nikki talk about Diane when she has a flashback of the night of the shooting. Michael bluntly tells Victor that he and Diane aren't legally divorced. Victor is furious. Diane takes one last attempt to make him see that she is not fighting for money but his respect and love. Victor is unmoved and rescinds the settlement offer. Paul and Christine advise Mary to declare Carl legally dead. Mary finally agrees, but she wants a proper memorial service for her husband. In Norfolk, the amnesiac Jim Bradley shaves off his beard, but this does not trigger any memories. He expresses his devotion for his beloved wife Ruth. Malcolm calls Olivia. A model is ill and he wants Olivia to take her place.
