Due to a scheduling conflict Michael Mattingly replaced Nathaniel Grauwelman one day before filming.

The idea for this film was sparked when Director Joseph Cox was at a coffee shop writing the first scene with Jason and Kim. He then heard someone say "Strange men, wearing trench coats." Thus sparking the idea for Terrence, and entirely changing the original story he intended these characters to go through.

The line "Do you have any sugar" was improvisation by Tyler Riley.

Young Kim is played by Keira Picard, Brittany Picard's daughter.
