Pilot 16mm film In the Beginning was funded by the Experimental Film and Television Fund and played around the country at festivals, getting an honourable mention at 1977 Australian Film Institute Awards. It was seen by Lyle McCabe who funded 26 five and a half minute films for the 0-10 Network.
