"Waiting for Bolero" finds 17 year old Keith unable to write new songs for the upcoming album until he gets the privacy he needs away from his noisy siblings. A low rent room is available in exchange for a little light gardening, which turns out to be next door! Danny donates his services delivering food and laundry, for a price of course, while the 'light' gardening leaves Keith little time to do his homework, let alone get any songs done. The final straw comes when some uninvited friends drop by to party, interrupting a date with a cheerleader (this is where "Bolero" enters into it). The featured song is "Every Song is You," composed by Terry Cashman and T. P. West, from fifth LP SHOPPING BAG.
