Canteen Boy Frank is head over heels in love with Rowena, the beautiful owner of a nearby Art Gallery, but she doesn't even know that Frank exists. Frank doesn't even have the guts to introduce himself to his lady love especially with her conceited suitor, Alvin always nearby. An opportunity arises when Frank's half-brother Homer, the whiz kid extraordinary, concocts a love potion that Rowena accidentally drinks. Rowena suddenly sees Frank in a new light -- to be more precise, she sees a different Frank altogether and starts to fall in love with him.
