Doctor Tom Collins has murder on his mind when he encounters Margarita, a Mexican librarian who helps him achieve his goal with the help of some spooky museum folk and a pair of orange scissors. To make matters worse poor Tom is being betrayed by his greedy Iranian wife Noushabey and his Indian divorce lawyer, Subal Patel. The dramatic denouement takes place in Tom's house where his code of medical ethics - 'only do no harm' - is severely challenged.
