Marat knows that he's been ill for a long time. But when doctors order new tests, he starts to panic. While waiting for the results from the hospital, he starts to experience his life in as a transcendence journey where the distinction between his past, present and the state of dream collided together. Now there are no more distinctions and Marat has to understand what it means . While trying to grasp the reality through the conversations with his university friends, he starts to reminisce about his past travelings through Russia hoping to better understand this complicated country. But the certain feeling is always present - the feeling that his life is about to end. So now it becomes too obvious that the country around him goes through the same process as he does. He realizes that his life is interconnected with hopes, dreams and nightmares of this land.
