Workaholic Dr. Jeremy Stone must initialize the top-secret national emergency plan he has devised in the facility also planned by him when a mysterious and vicious, rapid action disease strikes a Utah backwater when a satellite makes an unexpected return to earth nearby. But Dr. Stone's small team of scientists and specialized military personnel do not realize that one of them is in league with the infamous general George W.
