Think of the time, the energy, the planning, the filming, the editing, the laughing spent to make this feature. I am humbled.

Lady Grav is certainly a two thought (evil & Vek) driven character.

I take the entire movie as purposely being exactly what they wanted. It has great sets kept to under a few hundred dollars in all. Reused 1.5 mil sheets for walls. Many many great special effects, cloning, teleportation, magically appearing weapons, jumping ships, transparent environmental space suits, flying characters. The list goes on and on.

Luckily there is a Space People 2 also!

SPACE PEOPLE is a terrible indie science fiction comedy that attempts to spoof STAR TREK on a non-existent budget. It just has a bunch of people sitting in a room wearing tin foil costumes and the like. Nobody here is a real actor, so you feel like you've wandered into the lamest cosplay event ever, with dumb dialogue shouted around and random cuts to the interior of a suburban home.
